- All photos are taken against a dark grey backdrop for a more conservative but classic look.
- I will direct you into your most confident posses. Your pose suggestion are welcome.
- You will be lit by soft flattering light.
- You will have the option to wear different outfits, i.e. with and without blazer, with glasses/without glasses.
- I recommend to dress conservative business look in solid colors such as blues, greys, earth tones. Try not to wear all white or bright colors. Have your shirt/blouse pressed.
- Wear minimal jewelry as it can be detracting (small necklace, smaller earrings). The main focus is your face.
- Talent headshot clients (actors/dancers) are encouraged to bring casual outfits that best represent their varied personality.
- Ladies, wear your usual make up for work, but don't overdue it. Translucent foundation powder will help reduce shiny skin for photos.
- Gentlemen, exfoliate your skin the night before with a face scrub wash and moisturize your facial skin and neck to reduce flaky skin.
- Get a good night's rest to reduce bags under eyes (yes I can still photoshop them out if need be)
- I will have a hand held mirror and lint rollers available. Bring your own hair brush or comb.
