Westshore Fiancial Group Annual Award Dinner 2026

Last Friday, I returned to photograph Westshore Financial Group’s annual award dinner—for the seventh year in a row. This year it was held at the Westin Tampa Waterside located on Davis Island. It’s always a joy to walk in and see so many familiar faces again, such as Lynne Boyle, Erin Watson, Stewart Davis, Chris Garrido, and Wayne Barber, just to name a few. The warmth and camaraderie make it feel more like a family gathering than a corporate event.

Westshore Financial Group, a premier Guardian agency with offices across Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, Orlando, and West Palm Beach, is deeply rooted in family values and a commitment to providing the very best for their clients. They focus on building sound, long-term financial habits—protecting families, planning retirements, and helping business owners create lasting wealth—rather than chasing trends or pushing sales.

The evening celebrated advisors who go the extra mile, honoring top earners for their dedication, integrity, and client-first service.

A particularly touching moment was the presentation of the inaugural Raymond Berard Memorial Award, named in memory of their beloved Managing Director Raymond Berard. It went to Jay Langford, CFP®, ChFC®, CExP™, recognizing the same excellence and care Ray exemplified every day. So many more awards were presented to top earners, great to see a company give consistent appreciation to its associates. Glad i was able to capture it all.
